This is an exceptional benefit. Paying out 80% of salary to the employee should they become sick long term. Only 8% of UK employers currently provide this and it is typically expected when applying for a mortgage or other large loan.
Group Life Assurance
This death-in-service insurance policy pays out three times an employee's annual salary in a tax-free lump sum. This is typically the type of policy that individuals would be expected to pay themselves when applying for a mortgage or other large loan.
Profit Share
After one and a half years with the practice, employees are eligible for a generous profit share in the financial successes of RSHP.
Maternity and Paternity Leave
RSHP provides eligible employees with enhanced maternity and paternity leave that is in addition to statutory maternity / paternity leave.
Company Pension Scheme

Interest-free Travel Loan

Private Health Insurance
Health insurance gives staff access to private healthcare in the UK and helps cover the cost. This can be anything from private GP appointments to cancer treatment.
BUPA Health check
Considered as a ‘Health MOT,’ this thorough health check would cost an individual anything up to £500, but the practice pays for this for all UK staff once a year.
24/7 online GP, mental health support and virtual wellbeing
WeCare, is RSHP's 24/7 online GP and mental health support service, which also offers expert advice on a range of health-related topics.

Massages
A massage therapist visits the office once a month to give 15-minute chair massages.
Office Trips
RSHP offers group staff trips to our built projects around the world, and a chance to spend time with colleagues in a relaxed setting. Recent trips include an excursion to Lille, France visiting the Louvre Conservation Centre and sightseeing.
Weekend House
RSHP bought and restored the Berthold Lubetkin-designed ‘dacha’ or holiday home ‘Holly Frindle’ near Whipsnade Zoo, Bedfordshire, and now all employees can book the home and grounds for the weekend to relax and unwind.
Monthly Lunch
Once a month, employees can enjoy a free delicious lunch in the RSHP kitchen, prepared by a local caterer.
Thirsty Thursdays
A relaxed setting in which project architects talk about their projects, external speakers give inspiring talks, and staff use the PechaKucha format to talk about their interests outside work. This is in addition to our CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programme which covers a broad range of formal and informal talks throughout the year.
Annual Summer Softball Match
Every summer current RSHP staff and ex-colleagues play a friendly match of softball followed by a barbecue in Regent's Park.
