BUPA Health check

Considered as a “Health M.O.T.”, this thorough health check would cost an individual anything up to £500 but the practice pay for this for all UK staff once a year.

Charitable Distribution

A percentage of all profits are donated to charitable causes every year. Each partner and employee directs their share of the charitable distribution to a charity of their own choice. Over the years, substantial sums of money have been paid to charitable causes.

Group Life Assurance

This death-in-service insurance policy pays out three times an employee’s annual salary in a lump sum. This is typically the type of policy that individuals would be expected to pay for themselves when applying for a mortgage or other large loan.

Group Income Protection Scheme

This is an exceptional benefit. Paying out 80% of salary to the employee should they become sick long term. Only 8% of UK employers currently provide this and it is typically expected when applying for a mortgage or other large loan.

RSHP bought and restored the Berthold Lubetkin designed house “Holly Frindle” in Whipsnade, UK. All employees are free to use the house and grounds every weekend for parties or just to relax and unwind.
