As the Lead Associate Partner on projects such as Burlington Gate gallery and residential scheme in Mayfair and No.33 Park Row in New York, Simon has a proven track record of delivering award-winning mixed-use schemes in complex and historic settings.
Previously, Simon was project architect on NEO Bankside, a £135 million, award-winning residential scheme adjacent to Tate Modern in London, shortlisted for the Stirling Prize. Leading a large architectural team, Simon has followed the project’s development through to its completion. He has worked on the feasibility study for a mixed-use scheme in Toronto and was involved in the designs for 3 World Trade Center. His extensive experience covers all stages of the building process from concept design to detailing and construction. Additionally, Simon takes a lead role in RSHP’s Sustainability Group.
Before joining the practice, Simon worked on a diverse range of schemes around the world including as a consultant to UNESCO in Kathmandu and local NGOs; and in London as a senior design architect specialising in arts, commercial and high-rise projects for Wilkinson Eyre Architects.
