With particular experience of projects under construction, Maurice has extensive experience of projects at all stages, from competition, feasibility and planning through to building completion. He has worked as project architect on high-profile buildings, including Paddington Waterside, a headquarters building for Marks & Spencer in London, and Broadwick House, Soho.

From 2005 - 2014, Maurice was one of the project architects on The Leadenhall Building, a 50-storey office building in the City of London, where he spent three years, on site, overseeing its construction. He then went onto direct the fit-out of RSHP’s studio on level 14 of the building. Since the completion of The Leadenhall Building, Maurice continues to have a monitoring and advisory role on behalf of CC Land, the building’s owner.

More recently Maurice has worked on a hotel and residential building in London’s Hanover Square and is overseeing refurbishment work at the Grade 1 listed Lloyd’s Building. Alongside his work in London, Maurice has had key roles on designs for projects in Paris, Oslo, Tokyo, New York, Gifu, Rome, and Dublin.
