Civic Trust Awards Success

Congratulations to the LSE project team involved in the Centre Building at the LSE, one of forty winning projects selected out of one hundred finalists by the Civic Trust Awards’ jury.

The Civic Trust Awards’ jury assess buildings in person. Studying each in detail, seeing how they have improved the built environment for the public and users through design, sustainability, inclusiveness, accessibility, and other social, cultural, environmental, or economic benefits to their local communities.

Centre Building’s level of success will be revealed at the virtual 62nd Annual Civic Trust Awards ceremony on Friday 05 March.

Winning projects will also be considered for further Special Awards, given to schemes that demonstrate excellence in a specific field. These include the Special Award for Sustainability, Community Impact & Engagement and the National Panel Award.

The Civic Trust Awards are one of Europe’s longest running architectural and built environment awards programme – 62 years. It is also one of this country’s most important and prestigious awards.
